Terms of Service

Golf League Live is a web application for managing recreational golf leagues. It provides tools for scoring, handicap tracking, leaderboards, skins games, and season standings.

Golf League Live offers a free trial for your first 2 rounds. After that, a Pro subscription is required at $9/month or $79/year.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at will@golfleaguelive.com if you have a billing concern.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Golf League Live. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at will@golfleaguelive.com.

Golf League Live is a tool to help your group track scores — we rely on you to enter them honestly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the scores, handicaps, and other data you submit.

Deliberately entering false scores to manipulate handicaps or standings is a violation of these terms and the spirit of the game.

You agree not to use Golf League Live to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access or interfere with another user's account or data.
• Automate access to the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or harm other users — at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, email us at will@golfleaguelive.comand we'll review it.

Golf League Live is provided as-is, without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or error-free operation. We do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we are not liable for outages, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We'll try to avoid disruptions during active rounds, but we cannot guarantee this.

The Golf League Live name, logo, and application code are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app without permission.

You retain ownership of the data you enter (your scores, your profile). By using the app, you grant us a license to store and display that data to run the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf League Live is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Golf League Live, including but not limited to lost data, lost rounds, or disputes between league members.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
